At the time of booking we will charge a 30% non refundable deposit in order to reserve your room.
Rates do not include all the taxes. An extra 2 euros/person/day will be added to your invoice (ROME CITY TOURIST TAX).
In case of booking CANCELLATION an amount equal 50% of the first deposit will be discounted from your future booking(within 1 year).

» Are the rooms and the kitchen cleaned daily?
Yes, the rooms and the kitchen are cleaned daily by our housekeeping staff.
» Is there a Curfew?
No there is no curfew, guests have their own keys and may come and go as they please.
» Do all the rooms have a window with a view?
Yes, all of the guesthousel’s rooms contain either a front view of the street or a view of the hotel’s internal courtyard
» Do all the rooms have a Balcony or Terrace ?
The Bernini has a balcony as does the Borromini both of which overlook the comunal courtyard. The Luxury Apartment Michelangelo has a large terrace with tables and chairs in the Summer.
» How do you get here from the main railway station Termini?
You can either take a taxi - journey time 10 minutes, cost approximately 10 euro or take the bus number 64 alight at the stop just outside McDonalds in Vittorio Emanuele - the Navona Gallery Suites is only a 1 minute walk from here. See the location page which contains a detailed street map and the exact location of the Navona Gallery Suites.
» How do I get to the city centre of Rome from Fiumicino Airport also known as Leonardo da Vinci International Airport?
Most clients come to the city centre of Rome by train so when you arrive at Fiumicino head for the “FS” sign which also features the picture of a train. Trains leave every half hour at 07 and 37 minutes past the hour. The first train leaves at 06:37 and the last one at 11:37. You can buy a ticket from the Tobacconists which you will find inside the station near the platform. The cost of the ticket is 8.80 Euro.
» How do I get to the city centre of Rome from Ciampino International Airport?
Ryanair, Flyglobespan and Easyjet all arrive at Rome Ciampino Airport which is Rome’s second airport. Ciampino is slightly closer to Rome than Fiumicino but slightly more difficult to travel from. Ryanair and Easyjet provide a courtesy bus which costs approximately 7 euro one way. Alternatively, take the bus (Cotral) i.e. a blue bus from directly in front of the airport. This bus will take you to Anagnina Metro Stop which is the last stop on Line A. The bus ticket costs 1 euro and the journey time is about 20 minutes with the first departure at 06:50 and the last at 11:40 pm, NB you should buy it at the Tobacconists Inside the Airport as you cannot buy them on board. Take the Metro from Anangnina and get off at Termini – From here you can take a taxi or the Bus number 64. NB the Navona Gallery Suites is only a 25 minute walk from the Metro Stop Piazza Spagna if you fancy a stroll. The journey time in Metro from Anagnina to Termini or Piazza Spagna is 30/35 minutes. NB a taxi from Ciampino airport to the hotel will cost approximately 40 Euro.
» Is breakfast included in the Room Rate?
Yes, a continental buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. You may help yourself to an array of breakfast items found in the kitchen of the Navona suite, including cereals, fresh milk, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, croissants, cappuccino, bread, jams, tea,and Italian or American coffee.
For those who wake up early in the morning is possible to have breakfast in the kitchen of the Navona suite, where guests have at their disposal jams, butter, cereals, croissants, pastry, fresh fruit juices, milk, honey, yogurt and fresh fruit. Guests can also help themselves with Italian coffee or American coffee.
» How do we GET to THE GUEST HOUSE if driving and do you have parking?
We do not have parking therefore we suggest you leave the car at home as parking space in Rome's historical center is almost impossbile to find. If you insist on brinGing the car we suggest you park it on the edge of town in one of the many purpose built car parks. From the north you should take the exit Aurelia.
» Does the GUEST HOUSE have a Swimming Pool?
No, the guest house does not.
